What is N3XT Network?

N3XT Network refers to the network of blogs found at N3XT.ca which includes the video blog called N3XT TV. Think of it as a handful of blogs, each one designed to help students with career awareness and planning, but using different tools and each with a different style. Trust us, there’s a method behind the madness.

What is N3XT TV?

N3XT TV is a new Web video series that features a cast of PEI high school students. Each 9-minute episode features comedy sketches, random slapstick and ad-libbed visits to real-life workplaces with the goal of exposing young people to the world of work.

How do you come up with N3XT TV segments?

When launching N3XT TV we had a lot of segment ideas and produced those we felt would be most entertaining or informative for our audience, but we’re always looking for new ones. If you have an idea for a great segment on the show, contact us with the details and we’ll have a conversation.

How were the hosts for N3XT TV chosen?

In January, 2011 we promoted a province-wide search for hosts of N3XT TV and held auditions in schools across the Island. Our current hosts were chosen by a panel of judges made up from our production team and representatives of Culture PEI, one of our industry partners.

Can I be a host on N3XT TV?

We’re not currently auditioning for hosts of N3XT TV, but are always on the lookout for extras that may appear in future episodes of the show or new segments. If interested, drop us a line and we’ll put you on our extras list.
